Details:

Phytophthora Stem and Root Rot was scouted in soybeans at the R3 (beginning pod) growth stage. Approximately 25-50% of the site was affected.

Conclusion:

There are no in season management options for Phytophthora. Take good field notes for areas impacted by the disease and talk to your local advisors about a variety and seed treatment option for future seasons.
